Self care. We hear this term all the time, but what does it really mean? Manicures? Pedicures? Massages? Lunch out with the girls? In my opinion, self care is a lot more basic than this. Self care is about meeting your own needs, loving yourself, taking care of yourself, understanding and nurturing yourself and your feelings BEFORE you tend to everyone else's needs. It's putting your oxygen mask on first so you don't die while trying to secure the oxygen masks onto others. When we are confronted with a prolonged, extremely stressful experience, like a divorce or custody dispute with a high conflict individual, it is extraordinarily important that we take care of ourselves so that we can improve our ability to focus and make good decisions.

I provide guidance and support to help you manage stress. I'll teach you relaxation techniques and help you develop coping strategies so you can live a happier, healthier life.
My vision for our fitness community is a positive, encouraging environment where we warrior mamas can come together to build our strength and our confidence while also improving our mindset. Many of us are experiencing financial and legal abuse and don't have money left at the end of the month for a gym membership. Getting to the gym can seem impossible as well. The programs below are all done from your home or anywhere that you take your device. I have done them outside at parks, in my backyard, in hotel rooms, at the gym, at friends' and relatives' houses, etc and I can choose the exact time I want to do the exercises. I can complete an entire program or I can choose to do a different program every time I log in. My plan is to be on our virtual gym every day and would love to have you join me! Everyone is able to choose their own program and go at their own pace. I have a master's in physical therapy and I am happy to provide you with modifications to exercises if you would like them.
